Why hasn't the promised upgrade happened at tHoop?

They were really excited about that and used it as the carrot.

This morning Xenforo released new software with a massive list of bug fixes and a security fix. We upgraded 13 mins after it was released.

Why is tHoop on the same version of software as the day I turned my keys in?

Seriously, as a concerned fan of tHoop, I'd like to ask one of you guys to press them on this.
