a friend of mine has parents and 4 siblings who are refusing to get the vaccine.

meanwhile her, her husband, and their 2 kids are vaccinated and she told the lot of them they can't see the niece and nephew unless they get the vaccine.

no one is budging.

We've been relatively fortunate about the COVID stuff. No one in our "circle" has gotten it, and most are either vaccinated or in the process of getting vaccinated. My dad got his second shot Monday. Me, tWife, the in-laws, and my mom are all fully vaxxed. My younger sister got her first shot. Her husband isn't on board, but they've been part of our circle from the start of this, so we're counting on them to tell us if he's had contact or comes up positive at some point.

My brothers have both had it. Older brother and his wife got vaxxed (got COVID last year), older sister got her second shot. Younger brother and his gf are both hoping to get vaxxed before they come down to visit in May (they had mild cases in January, caught it from a customer at their restaurant).

I'd say most of my family and the people I interact with in NJ have gotten the vaccine or are planning on getting it. Not sure if I can think of anyone off the top of my head up there that I am planning on seeing who isn't getting it.

down here a couple friends are on the no side, but I can avoid them or stay safe around them.
