Planning to take over the board?

Yeah, I think the older one came to grips with it a few years ago, but the younger one never wanted to see it. She'd kind of taken the approach that her dad and my sister were the ones who messed everything up, and her mom was the victim of their schemes. I think she was starting to realize that her view didn't really match up with the reality of the situation, and with a bunch of other stresses going on, she started breaking.Scary stuff right there. Though as you get older you see things in a different light and see things for what they truly are so I am sure that is why she is coming to the realization that her dad isn't the one to blame here

Dios mio.The official story (I believe him, have no reason to believe otherwise) is that their mom slept with the neighbors' adult kid, and my now-BIL got to keep the house, and she moved out.
Principles of leadership and management.... For 4 hours
I'm far too lazy for thatPlanning to take over the board?
Yeah, it sucks for them, for sure. I think the youngest has a lot of resentment towards her dad, and views some things through the lens of "it's his fault that mommy and daddy aren't together". We were there a few weeks ago, and the youngest said a few things about how the house was "home" to her, which I hadn't heard her say before. I think she's coming to grips with her mom being a fuck-up, and it's kinda flipped her worldview a bit.
Yeah, I'm sure the mom was feeding her BS screwing the kid up.Yeah, I think the older one came to grips with it a few years ago, but the younger one never wanted to see it. You enjoying it?
I've been almost 1 year and 4 months but expecting to go back in June

working from home is fucking awesome. no commuting stress. fuck having to get up more than 2 minutes before my first meeting.
I think I was up at 2:30 and had trouble sleeping again...I hate nights like that.morning all, woke up at 4am and couldn't get back to sleep

it does blur the lines of what is and isn't work time, so that's the down side.and when 5 o'clock hits... you are on the count 15 seconds later

Been doing this since 2012, so everybody in the house knows work time is pretty fluid. I might have a meeting at 6pm, but I also might be able to take a 3 hour "lunch" in the middle of the day and go to the community pool with the family.
One thing I've enjoyed about having the office in the basement. I don't go in here much when I'm not working. I only take the work laptop out of the office when my wife is teaching lessons, which is for like an hour and a half right now.it does blur the lines of what is and isn't work time, so that's the down side.

Yeah, I'm hoping to stay as remote as possible. Hoping that the company's plan to reduce the office footprint in Manhattan helps make my case for full remote or like one day a week in the office.I still have the same hours I had when I was in the office so it doesn't really blur anything for me. Except it is pretty easy for me to forget what day it is.... I am hoping they don't require my unit to go back in June but I am sure I will be made to go in
