There is mixed research on that according to our vet. Said some studies show that and others show doing it earlier doesn't increase risks. I think we got ours fixed around 7-8 months.

2-day trip to ND this weekend went well. Except yesterday when I got to the small airport to grab a bite to eat before flying because I was landing back here in the Cities at an odd time. Had a late breakfast and thought I'd grab a salad at the airport. Only damn store/restaurant/bar they have in the place was closed the whole day. Was starving by the time I got back to the Cities. Ended up eating at MSP because I knew Mr. Kobe would've already had supper done for the kids.

Was nice having a row to myself both on the way there and the way back.

I flew out of Ft Smith, AR once. I was done early, so I figured I'd just get to the airport, have a couple beers and a lunch before my flight.

One small mom/pop style cafe in the airport. It wasn't open till about 45 minutes before my flight.


There were only about 30 people on the flight, and that was the only flight for a little while, so I could eat and get through "security" easily, but still.... It was weird.
