Not sure I could survive a game in a crouch anymore. Part of the reason I quit baseball was that my knees were going to shit. I'm going to take @Bender's offer.

Trying to see if we can get together with my sister and brother-in-law this weekend. His younger daughter is still in the crisis center. Apparently, the daughter tried a page out of the South Park "Lord of the Flies" episode, and accused my sister of masturbating in front of her. So they may have a visit from DYFS on their hands.
Hoping we can get to a brewery or something to help them blow off some steam.

I think I played every position in a game at some point. Probably the two positions I played the least were pitcher and shortstop.Catcher is the only position I never played

I could never get used to looking out of that cage they put on your head.Catching wasn't fun for me... I did every position once in a game when I was in 7th or 8th grade. Favorite position was SS

I really wanted to be a catcher when I was a kid but I am a leftyGot hit (fortunately not hard) by the backswing and was not happy after that
First base, pitcher, or bench?I really wanted to be a catcher when I was a kid but I am a lefty
I never had problems with it. Did try catching with a hangover once, and the bars were still in my vision when I took the mask off.I could never get used to looking out of that cage they put on your head.

I caught bullpens for those guys. Fun times.I caught one game in my life. Normal position was RF. Happens that the pitcher made the bigs 5 years later. Until you've caught 50-60 90s fastballs, you don't know pain.
I couldn't stop "centering" the ball. Just bam bam bam on the same spot time after time.I caught bullpens for those guys. Fun times.
I actually started gluing foam pads from bicycle helmets into the palm of my catcher's mitt.
