I just don't like my bacon raw.

My final product is slightly crispier and sitting next to some sunny side up eggs.

I also ate bacon this morning. It was slightly burnt, I loved it!
 
Fog's the guy who originally encouraged me to make my own bacon about 18 months ago. I've made a couple of dozen small batches since, with pretty good results.

I always thought “makin bacon” was code word, for fuckin.

Done a lot of the latter, never bother to actually, literally, make bacon.

Fogs looks good though.
 
I made enough bacon to keep me in bacon for the rest of my life.....
