BTW, who fills out time cards nowadays? You either log in and out, or enter your labor data online.
Funny story: we were all set to install time clocks in our agency about two years ago, but there was this YUGE backlash from some of the programs, and management backed down. I was all for it, since I have to collect and then submit the sheets for our department.

Thanks for letting me know what day it is. I lost track.

Yes, it's a virtual time card in Workday. And it sucks cocks. I can "punch in" when i'm in the office, on my computer or on my phone, but I fuck it all up because I'll punch in and forget to punch out, and vicey versey, so I just track it by when I sent my first email and last email of the day and round down. Pretty sure I'm shorting myself some hours here and there, but ain't nobody got time to be keeping track of 4 punches a day.

Hammer sticking his finger in the light sockets again? Stupid timeout errors! Thought it was gonna make me double post!

Defrosting a couple of cornish game hens... any suggestions on seasoning? I think I'll put them on that rotisserie thingie if I can figure out how to put them on that poker thingie right. Ugh. I feel like this has maffs behind it somehow.

We used to have one-a-them rotisseraries when we first got married. Some clown thought it would be funny to give us something that wasn't on our registry. Anyway, we used it for a good couple of years, but it was a pain trying to get just the right size bird that would fit behind the glass, and it was ultimately a counter hog that we got rid of.

I usually keep it in a closet, but it's out right now, so I figured I should toss something on it. I'm thinking I can squish them super close together or 💡 ! I have some metal skewers that I can try to rig onto the rotisserie thing-a-majig if they aren't too long. I can usually do a regular fryer size bird fairly easily (3-4lbs?) ... and a 2lb tri-tip is perf!

We never did beef in it, but surely that would make a huge mess in the drip pan, right?

Dvrn! They're too long. My spidey senses are telling me that the metal rod helps with the internal cooking, so wooden skewers would be dumb, yeah?

I didn't think so...no more than the chicken. The tri-tip does have that fat cap which probably helps the drippings from burning/sticking.

You can't eat 2 birds unless you are having a guest over.

You don't need to gain any more weight.
