I mapped out my drive to Maine in August, should be pretty nice. No big known breweries along the way, but that's ok.

....I don't believe you. I don't think there's a route you could take that doesn't pass by at least a few awesome breweries

I didn't say there weren't awesome ones along the way...just no big name ones
 
ohhh nevermind...we go by Tree House...I might have to figure out how to get beer there

He's going to pass Dogfish Head, potentially Tired Hands or Forgotten Boardwalk, and probably Tree House or Trillium.

Dogfish is a little out of the way and I don't have any interest in going there again.

maybe Tired Hands on the way back..I have a friend that works there..but I definitely want to hit Tree House on the way up if I can.

Allagash wouldn't be far out of the way once you're in Maine.
