It's so much money it almost takes on a life of its own with a personality and everything. It requires teams of professionals to manage it at all times. It becomes an entity. Who owns who?

No, I'm saying it's not how I would've spent the money if I was in his shoes.

Capitalism is great... You've got freedom to make money however you want and spend it on whatever you want.

The planning of just finding the site would be so much fun. That said, there are problems/benefits with islands. That's probably one of the very first things you'd have to decide.

Larry Ellison of Oracle bought one of the Hawaiian islands and is doing some amazing things on it.

So....if he goes to sell it on Day 2 of officially having it he’s only getting about $420M back.

No matter the scale....the two best days as a boat owner is the day you buy it, and the day you sell it.
