About 2 months ago my eye exam was cancelled because I had to wait a year and the appointment was prior to that "year." Ok, no problem... Have an appointment for tomorrow. Just got the call from them once again and now they say every 2 years and I have to wait till after October 26th

Yeah, my insurance states once a year.. I can certainly see the first time the eye doctor calling back stating it wasn't within the "year" but to schedule me for tomorrow and then call today and say, "nope, it's two years so it has to be after October 26th" is a little odd
