Kinda feel like the greatest generation takes up too many years. 1901-1927. 1901-1917 should be called something else. Too young for WW1 and for the most part, too old for WW2, the real fortunate few. What we call the fortunate few(silent generation) was who did most of the fighting in Korea and a lot of the fighting in Vietnam

These kids growing up today have to survive media and educational indocuration ... They are good solid young people ... If they survive the stupidity, the future will be in good hands.

Being a Gen X'er can be quite frustrating. People in previous generations look at you with glassy eyes when you try to teach them how function with computers and technology. People in subsequent generations look at you with glassy eyes when you try to teach them how to function without computers and technology.

Yep. I'm glad I got to experience life without the internet, cell phones, and 911.

Imagine how easy high school would have been if we would have had Wikipedia. No, we had 1,000 pounds of encyclopedias to page through.

I slept through high school from the ISS room most of the time and did fine without cracking a book

My high school ranks pretty well with academics, but being in ISS so much is probably the only reason I passed. It was the only way I was ever gonna do any homework or projects.
