I got a switch problem

Burn the house down and start over.
 
Did it ever work? If not, then it's likely someone put the wrong switch in or wired it wrong. If it did work, then one switch has gone bad, need to replace it.

If this is just a parody thread, then well done.

Is one of them a dimmer? We're the switches changed out at some point?

Most likely the person that changed light switches out, did not put a 3-way switch at the line location. 3 way circuits can be a bit of a mind fuck sometimes, but most of the time, people just change put 3ways, and leave the carry wire capped.

Put the switches out at both ends, and see how many wires there are.

what's funny is I do legit have this issue.

no neither switch is a dimmer.

had to submit a 1-star review on Yelp for Peter Gozintite Plumbing and Electrical. I didn't want to but I felt compelled to do so to protect the greater Las Vegas consumer.
