Trial Cruises

Been on a couple of them. I enjoyed them. It really depends where you go too. Best part is hitting a storm and the boat rocking. I sleep like a baby during that time.

Nothing more relaxing and stress free than being in the middle of the ocean on a ship you have no control over when a massive storm hits.

It is pretty awe inspiring to go up to the bar and watch as the lightning rolls across the ocean.

I love them, but it certainly isn't something to go bargain basement on...especially if it is a one time test-the-waters trip. I suggest to any of my friends that are trying one for the first time to go for the biggest ship they can. I now enjoy the smaller cruise lines, like a WindStar or Seacloud, but wouldn't have enjoyed it as my first cruise. Stick with one of the major companies and don't get on one of their smaller ships. Carnival has two that are old as shit and cheap (ecstasy and elation), but you get the clientele that is less enjoyable.

Guess it could work as a basement for sleep.

Just feel like I’d be slightly claustrophobic without a window.
 
When I opened this thread the first time, honestly thought it’d be about sequestered juries.
 
My parents took my wife and I on a cruise for a wedding present. We've never paid for one. Much rather be on a beach and get in the ocean instead of just looking at it.
 
They a'ight. Cheap, boozy fun on cuntival, but I won't book with them anymore. Not just because they won't let me, but because they're fuckers.

Reminds me of my buddy. Hit on 18 at the blackjack table and an asian fellow started berating him for being an idiot and taking his card. Being completely drunk buddy started calling this guy every anti asian slur known to man.

Kicked out.

We tried to take him back a year later and some big guy in a fancy suit walks over and says "You're not welcome here"

Who knew they kept such extensive records?
