500 for me. Though again both teams have their strong points. I prefer 500's batting lineup and uk's rotation (Clemens/Martinez 1-2? Yes please). Still for 500 he has a stronger lineup and enough bright spots in his rotation to get my vote.
 
500 for me also. Too much sudden power in his lineup. Also, hs bullpen is nasty.

No problem with 500 winning though your listed reasons are strange. My bullpen is better than his and it's not even debatable
