So, is there a bigger piece of shit in baseball than Marcel Ozuna?

Already an incredibly frustrating season for the Braves, and Ozuna decides to strangle his wife and hit her with his cast in front of police officers. Fucker doesn't belong in baseball. Hope there's a way the Braves can get out of paying him the remainder of his contract.

He is currently in the news, but he isn't alone.

I was glad he didn't come back to the Cards, he appeared lazy to me.

Aroldis Chapman is in the discussion too. He's a woman beater too, and has neck tats that border on face tats, but Yankees players can't grow beards because the organization wants to be classy.

I’m not fully up on this story....but he might have just been dethroned.
As far as I know, the others have some room to deny the allegations. Ozuna was witnessed by police strangling his wife and hitting her with his cast, there's zero denying that.

But Ozuna has been a productive player most of his career, so I'm sure he'll be back, even if he doesn't deserve to be.

He'll be a Phillie by December.

He shouldn’t deserve it. But talent has always won out in the long run. Even though baseball just sent Mickie Conway out of the game for a year and a half after investigating harassment he will be back in 2023 somewhere most likely. And that feels appropriate.

Someone is going to be the example for spousal abuse some day. Maybe that day is now and it’s Ozuna. I’m just not sure how much latitude they have with putting a player on the exempt list....with the Union and all.

He will be back somewhere and at some point.

Hes gotta avoid prison before he can think about coming back after his like year suspension hes about to get.

Not as bad as the brave mentioned in this thread.
Maybe not, but the Phillies did decide to give a wife beater who has a career OPS+ of 102 and a bad fielding center fielder another chance. Not as bad as the Yankees giving Chapman a big contract, but Herrera, like Ozuna has no business being in Major League Baseball.

Phillies gonna Phillie. Yankees gonna Yankee.

They tried to play everybody they could instead at center field and they were awful so desperate times I guess. They banished him for a year and then tried about five other people this year before bringing him up. Don't agree with it but it's what happened.

Should have been cut. Ozuna needs to be cut as well, and hopefully there's a way to not have to pay him the remainder of his contract.

Aroldis Chapman? Anytime the wife-beater also coincides with being a Yankee, he's a bigger POS.
