Is the prison still open? Thought it was closed.
Still open, only about 3 miles from my house out here in the country. It got replaced as the federal max prison back in 2006? when a new prison opened in Colorado. Now it's a medium security with a work camp outside the fence. The work camp is where Pete Rose served his time.
