My youngest graduates today

You, of all people, know the meaning of "bittersweet," and even that seems trite as hell of me to say.

I feel awkward saying this, but we've posted together so long I'm gonna go on and say it, I have such fucking admiration for your family ... your kids, your wife, and even though it truly pains me to publicly admit this, you. One of the reasons your kids have done as well as they have is because of the support you and your wife have given them.

And, yeah, I know what tomorrow is.

Love you, man.

(and fuck you and anyone else who wants to give me shit for sayin' it)
Sure would be nice to have her in her 3rd year of college right now. She would have been 21 this year. 8 fucking years have gone by. Idk..... It shouldn't still, be this hard.

As much as I have lost, I am still a very fortunate man. Not gonna lie, milestones like this are tough, but I am so happy that both my kids have carried their sister with them, instead of using their sister as an excuse to be fuck ups. I am very proud of them.

@ukfanfrombirth(cali cat) is right... good kids are no accident. You and your wife have done a phenomenal job

Fuck you, we're the same age, and my youngest turns fucking 6 at the end of the month.:twitch:

My wife and I started having children early. We are both the same age. We had our first daughter at 25, our next daughter we had at age 30. Then I had my vasectomy so no more worries about girlfriends getting pregnant! Yeah!

Congrats to your daughter
My eldest daughter just graduated from Sac St with a 4.0 GPA and will be heading to Boston to attend Northeastern to earn her Masters
My youngest daughter will graduate from UC Santa Barbara in 2 weeks and is looking to move back to the Bay Area and teach in a disadvantaged school district. It's some sort of an volunteer program

Congratulations. Ones in college and second oldest is off to Ole Miss in the fall. I get a 4 year break before the next one graduates.

Didn’t see this before. Congratulations, Peter. Family’s a wonderful thing.
