Idiot former client of mine (now assigned to a different team) is doing what they love to do, make us run around and prove that they're getting what they're supposed to get from us.

Dumbass at the client ran a report that overstates the charges on their billing by like 90%, because he doesn't understand the way the vendor bills them.
