Not if you use it to beat your competitionswimming is going to be tough with a bat in your hand.
congrats on having the #1 pick in the NBA draft for 3 years before they sign in NY or LA.
I think in the latter half of his career he would have been well served to take some days off. Defensively, yes he was terrific. Offensively? Average.Would he have been a better player if he took a day off? Statistically, he was one of the best SS in baseball history. Top 5 or 6
certainly not going to break any records, but could break a few skulls. Not if you use it to beat your competition
Aluminum pool noodles! Not if you use it to beat your competition
Piston Wannabe? Our GM is pretty savvy. If we don’t re-sign him (a good possibility since we will be sweet by then) I’m sure we will trade him for some haul.
I’m just happy that Piston wanna-be org the Cavs didn’t get a chance to burn another 1.

Without getting too baseball nerdy, just look at his stats. 400+ home runs, 3100 hits, .276 avg. This as a shortstop. He was Hornsby, but he is in the next tier.I think in the latter half of his career he would have been well served to take some days off. Defensively, yes he was terrific. Offensively? Average.
At some point watching him was like watching Carson Wentz
Would make water polo watchable.Aluminum pool noodles!
Piston Wannabe?
Each and everyALL sports?

I appreciate your adding the statistical side to the conversation, that's part of the fun of baseball IMO. Do you consider Jeter to be next tier?Without getting too baseball nerdy, just look at his stats. 400+ home runs, 3100 hits, .276 avg. This as a shortstop. He was Hornsby, but he is in the next tier.

Wait who works for Dan Gilbert besides the Cavs? It’s a well known fact that the Detroit resident Cavs owner has modeled his Cavs org after the Pistons. There is a huge friendly rivalry between the two fan bases since both work for him.
LOL which one?Best needless Jump Thrower ever! Absolute GOAT when it comes to that!
Ok just seeking the ol'clarificationCal could jump?
I'm going with Jeter
Jeter hit for a higher avg, was a middling fielder and had less power. He had more hits and runs than Cal but did not have his power.I appreciate your adding the statistical side to the conversation, that's part of the fun of baseball IMO. Do you consider Jeter to next tier?
