I guess that makes a difference, but one of the fastest growing areas out here is Clermont/Oakland (I might consider it, but it's a shitty commute for me if I do) and they're selling quarter acre plots for $100k and I'm like wtf for real building the house will be $200k minimum.

Things are finally looking up at work (as in, we're getting work in), I've been handed some new responsibilities (which I'm paid for thank God, they're really annoying responsibilities) and my boss put me on a promotion track, so yay! And we got engaged in May and are trying to find a venue so we can set a date. All I need now is to win the lottery!

you have inspired me to purchase a tool box. it's gonna be a real butch one, too. and i'm gonna put Snap On and Yeti stickers on it and make it look like it's been sitting under a leaky tractor for a couple months.... all grimy and banged up. And I'mma walk around the neighborhood with it, wearing a leather tool belt, hammering and unscrewing shit that annoys me.
