My company does that shit all of the time. Now, if I get something from outside the organization I report as phishing (even when I know it isn’t). You waste my time, I’ll waste yours.

No doubt. The last major flood was in 1964, and they have since built up the infrastructure better.

It is always a possibility of course, but it's a pretty big lot. No basement by any means, but should be ok.


We'd be fucked if Hungry Horse Dam ever broke, but so would everyone else. I dunno man, it's a fuck ton of land fer pretty cheap. There is a grazing lease on it that the sellers felt was detrimental to the value and made it unsellable, so he was pumped to get rid of it. There's 20 acres of Ag land...I don't mind the lease and the leaseholder is cool af. Total grassfed beef hookup. He's already given us a full beef tenderloin and about 10 lbs or burger.
