Fantasy CFB

We can go with 8, but hopefully we can get at least 2 more in the next couple months.

I suggest we ask for new players here and in the fantasy sports forum. 10 would be great but I don’t think getting us to 12 or 14 is too big of a stretch.

@trojanfan12 do you want to play? We need 2 to 4 new players because of the site switch and we did it at CBS. Very simila.

@Thiefery you should play you would like it.

I would be interested depending on what site y'all are using.

I deleted everyone we haven’t heard from, they can rejoin if they figure it out. Currently at 10, could use two more, but don't need two more. If we stay with 10, I vote to not include the AAC.

Set the draft for 8/14 @ 11 am eastern time. Let me know if this doesn't work. We’ll do a random order this year.

For everyone who’s new, here’s the roster set up. We set a max for positions because if you miss the draft and it auto picks you’ll end up with all QBs without the max set. You get 18 active roster spots.

I'd prefer to keep an extra conference in. Waiver wire depth will keep people engaged if they have a bad draft or a couple of key injuries along the way.

NFL fantasy has you chasing spot starters and that involves a lot of research and time. With college the more conferences you have its easier for someone too pick up a guy with decent stats and just go with it. If we were a hardcore money league I'm fine with making week to week decisions harder, but for something casual a bigger player pool makes it more fun.

I agree

I'd like to as well, because I do like the idea of keepers for the following season, and part of the strategy will have to come into play on whether or not you think you can keep your AAC guys, if whoever is getting the G5 spot will be different for next year. I think I said this earlier, the UCF QB is a Jr, I'm guessing he's going to light it up, so he'd be someone worth keeper next season, but if the ACC doesn't appear like it'll get the G5 spot, then maybe you can trade him to someone who needs a QB and you get a P5 WR who you can keep the following year. I just think it adds some intrigue.

Any chance I could join this?
