So, here's the question.
If A&M blocks Texas from joining but OU gets the nod, what happens.
I've said it before cause...its brilliant.

OU & WVU to the SEC and then a realignment of the SEC divisions with Bama going to the east and Mizzu going to the west where they belong.

Bama keeps the UT "rivalry" game and can still play Auburn cross division, if LSU wants Bama then they need to win the west..over OU, instant drama/huge game in conference plus nationally.

WVU brings new rival games for SECNetwork with UT/Vandy/UK(Hatfields v McCoys anyone?) and South Carolina (former conference mates anyway)

OU brings more blockbuster games for the big networks plus A&M rival game/Arkansas/LSU could cross over with UF to get into Florida for recruiting purposes more often too.

Ah yeah you're right, I thought Louisville made it 15. In that case I'm sure they'd have a renewed focus on ND being a full-time members (which they might have to do anyway if these super conference things become reality).

If they can get ND to join, WV would be a great addition.

North:
Notre Dame
Boston College
Syracuse
Pittsburgh
West Virginia
Louisville
Virginia
Virginia Tech

South:
North Carolina
NC State
Wake Forest
Duke
Clemson
Georgia Tech
Miami FL
Florida State

We do need a new challenge. Winning this thing every single year gets old.
I don't know, man. Would you rather get laid any time you wanted it by a 7 or get it only every month or two from a 10?

I've also been told that Oklahoma and Oklahoma State are package deals. Same with Texas and Texas Tech

I'd let Texas in before I let Tech in. Fuck those tortilla chuckers.
I don't know how much truth there is to these rumors. Pretty sure the SEC commish has said he'd only look at expansion in states the SEC doesn't already have a footprint in.

Getting Oklahoma might happen, but I doubt it. If the SEC expands, I've always figured it would be a North Carolina school and a Virginia school

The B10 got caught again with their pants down. And if this goes through they need to make a quick move.

immediate thoughts:

1. Go after ND. Hard. Stop playing around. They’re going to be forced into a conference soon and they have their foot in with the ACC

2. speaking of ACC. Go after ACC teams. I’m thinking specifically UNC, FSU and Clemson. How likely is that? Don’t know. But I’d the Texas thing goes through big teams might scramble.

3. Look into SEC teams on the fringe. Tennessee anyone?

4. look at teams like TCU and Oklahoma state.

you will get teams like Iowa State, West Virginia, Louisville and Pitt and like it.

SEC fans dont forget no Horns down hand gestures.

If UNC was on the table for the SEC, I feel like they would have been added over Missouri in 2011.
