Had a nice weekend. Went to our friends' house Friday night to swim and watch the Olympics opening ceremony. Worked on the mud kitchen for Ham Saturday, and then went tubing yesterday. Wife is beginning to consider getting our own tubes and floating on our own. We ran into a few people who had done just that, got a few tips on where they come in/out of the river.

Not at all.... But the place is 45 minutes away from a small, regional airport (more expensive/limited) or 2.5 hours from RDU... When you factor the time flying, the cost isn't worth it for two of us.

yeah, long drives after flying sucks, but I'll bet half way on your drive home you wished you could stop and take a flight home.

I spent 80% of my Delta points on my flight to my parent's place next month. Sure, I could get a cheap Southwest flight into Philly or Newark, and drive 3 hours, but fuck that. That's what my brother is doing. Then I'll text him and laugh as I arrive home while he's still in the security line in Philly.

Eh, it wasn't THAT bad. Worst part was that my mom and brother's plans changed, and we left to go down there at 6 instead of 3. Arriving at 4am sucked, but the next day wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
 
This movie has a shitty star and the contributing cast isn't much to brag on either.

I had a slice of pizza from there a few weeks ago. I didn’t see any of the actresses there. I don’t think they really work there IRL!

I was actually talking about this thread "starring People's chicken" but I see how you could be confused.

I moved on from Mystic Pizza when I decided Annabeth Gish didn't get hot until she got some age on her.
