Ran over to the school and exercised on the stairs and steps yesterday.

set up a men's tennis league last night, basically did a draft of available players in the area.

also did a couple talkie bike rides...5 min warm up, 20 min 90's ride, 10 min climb ride with a PR.

probably had our worst game of season at lawn bowling, got our butts kicked
 
Morning all. Getting the football itch. Thinking about skipping the Washington game and going the following weekend vs NIU. Still do the Lions vs 49ers game the Sunday before though. Bossy is a Husky fan, so think it'd be more fun to watch at home. Also looking forward to ND vs Wisconsin. See how my Dad & brother do with that one.
