Fried Chicken Thursday

I'm down to 173 pounds. Some of that is good weight lost, but I can tell that some is bad weight lost, too.

211 today, ripped. 95% my diet is air fried chicken, egg whites and water. I’m eating very few carbs. Some veggies, brown rice and tortillas (chicken quesadillas). Zero sugars, fast food or pop/fruit juices.

Got down to 198 then started really going back up the other way as strength increases.
