Wife had actually tried doing something like this for a big consignment sale (she wouldn't have actually had to do the selling, but she printed out tags, hung things, etc.) before COVID hit. Once the shutdown happened and the sale got scratched, we just said fuck it. We'll take it to a consignment store, take what they give us for it, and either donate or throw out the stuff they won't take.
