How many schools did they play a season ago that actually had winning records? And how many had first year HCs in a shortened offseason due to a pandemic? They do have a extremely favorable schedule.
No excuse for not winning 10 games if they really are a pushing toward being a consistent upper level team.
Besides Alabama whos good?
Dont say Ole Miss or LSU either. Both were not good last year and remain so until proven otherwise.
I guess Colorado did go 4-2 last year but that was against Pac 12 only then they got waxed by Texas in their bowl game.
I said earlier that we would be 6-6. Unless we get some solid O line play that may be optimistic.Auburn might go 6-6 or 7-5 this season.![]()

Auburn Prediction
Sept 4: Akron - Win
Sept 11: Alabama State - Win
Sept 18: @ Penn State - Loss
Sept 25: Georgia State - Win
Oct 2: @ LSU - Loss
Oct 9: Georgia - Loss
Oct 16: @ Arkansas - Likely Loss (this screams toss-up but going with Arkansas only because they are at home. If it was at Auburn, I would go with Auburn)
Oct 30: Ole Miss - Toss-up. I am leaning towards a Win
Nov 6: @ Texas A&M - Loss
Nov 13: Mississippi State - Win
Nov 20: @ South Carolina - Likely Win
Nov 27: Alabama - Loss
Yeah 6-6 seems likely. Arkansas, South Carolina, and Ole Miss are all toss-up games and I could see them going either way.
I counted Arkansas as a loss in part due to the three game stretch. We stand a better chance with Ole Miss because of the bye week. I don't see any of your projections as being wrong.Auburn Prediction
