Big, bad Wednesday morning

i should probably clock out for the day. just plan on finishing up mandatory training. saw a new one on the list "Personal Readiness" and replied all to the email the boss sent out asking if they're just making these up as they go along.

Apparently, it's a name they came up with to combine the suicide prevention and alcohol and substance abuse trainings.

I said it makes sense, can't do your job if you're drunk, high, or dead.

Meh, they laughed, so maybe I'm good. Either way should knock some of these out.

The last episode, wasn't renewed.

"The Glades" Season 4 finale has come and gone. It's too bad the same can't be said for Jim and Callie's wedding. That said, could any non-series finale have a happy and stress-free wedding?

Not on this show.

In case you need a brief recap of events, Jim (Matt Passmore) failed to make his own big day after squeezing in a full murder case. That would be because somebody -- whose identity we will not know until next season, at the earliest -- went and shot Jim.

Anyone who has ever watched the film version of "The Fugitive" should know better than to strew rose petals for an unsuspecting lover. It never ends well.

How soon will Callie (Kiele Sanchez) find out about the new house? Will she see it first with rose petals or with her husband-to-be's blood? Who shot Jim anyway?

While no one will actually have the answers
the answers my friend are blowing in the wind.

so i guess i am having a productive afternoon. team member said their laptop was accessed remotely and i have alerted our security folks. look at me doing things.

as LL Cool J once said, "Doing things n doing things n doing things well"

Finally went out and took pics of my toolbox/fuel tank and 5th wheel hitch and put them for sale on Facebook Marketplace. I hope that's not all I do today but at least I did something.

been a minute since i watched it, so no clue what you and fish reference. i just remember the guy golfing and solving murders. and an episode where there was a hostage situation in the hospital callie worked at.
they somehow inserted a kia commercial into the show, well beyond subtle product placement.

Did it twice, once with a Optima and once with their 3 row SUV. Actors gave oddly specific comments on their new Kia while camera panned over and circled the car or in one scene, interior of the car

Yes. Although now that I think of it, it was 16.

Have you ever wandered into someone else's home thinking it was yours?

The kid pitching for Idaho in the LLWS is exceptionally tall

There was a friend of a friend who used to do this on occasion. He'd go to a house party, and wake up on the couch in a different house. Weirdest thing.

My laziness about updating the wifi on the Dropcam in Tank's room finally caught up with me. He would have probably been perfectly content to sit in his crib, in a diaper full of poop, for another half hour while my wife finished up at the consignment store. I couldn't tell his borderline villain laugh apart from a cry from my office in the basement, though, so I went up to check on him. Now he's got a clean butt and is in the playpen outside my office. Did update the wifi on the Dropcam now, though.

well, kind of.... was at ocean city for "senior week" was at a hotel some cats were staying at for some drinks. stumbled out to the beach to get my swim on. upon coming back i went to the hotel next store. cats staying in there were very shocked, as i guess you needed a card to enter that hotel. said my bad and went about my day and eventually found the right place.

nothing weird about it, things happen, and if you're cool enough, people will go along with it.
