A hail storm came in with 30 to 40 mph wind. I saw it coming and we ran and sat right behind the capt. People in the back were completely FUCKED!.

People on NextDoor are reporting that they are seeing eagles in the area. I would love to catch a glimpse, but that probably means I'd be serving it up its next meal in the shape of a puppy nugget!

We have so many bald eagles in my area (nesting site out at our lake) that they've been coming in to town for the last several years. They are fucking awesome.

I've never seen one IRL. I saw some kind of ginormous beasts a few months ago - some kind of buzzard or something. I think Dole knew what they were. Made me get that little pup home in a hurry!

People around here have speculated that the eagles would start picking off pets when they started being spotted around town. Have not heard of a single case of this actually happening though.
Son and I saw one get some type of furry woodland creature near one of our fishing spots on the edge of town though. Small rabbit or squirrel we thought. Son tried to get his phone out for a pic and nearly threw it in the pond. :laugh:

Haven't been to a happy hour in over a year and a half. Now with all the wage increases for servers and stuff, there may no longer be any happy hours.

I need to get out there. Yeah, I know the massage parlor deal. But, those women have limited English speaking skills.
