There are some gnarly looking landslides towards the end too.

I can't help it. I love natural disaster videos. I remember as a kid, aside from being a football player, I wanted to be a Storm Chaser. Always had a fascination with tornadoes.

I remember a tv show called Real TV that covered a lot of this in the 90's as well as things like stupid criminals, but I loved that show. Good stuff.

I have a deep fear of tsunamis. My wife thinks I am crazy. I dont know why, but I cant be near the ocean without having a direct escape route to higher ground. Not fucking around at all. Every time I am near the ocean I am always thinking about what I would do if the tide suddenly rolls out too far. I cant sleep near the ocean either. Most people think the waves are calming, but I am constantly trying to listen for inconsistencies in the wave patterns, and will not sleep for days. I dont like being around the ocean for very long.

I'm not judging, and if you chase tornadoes in a tank with ballistic glass then that is one thing. Its the people chasing in their Chrysler lebaron convertibles and stopped on a mud road in the path of the tornado I SMH at the most. If you're going to do it, be smart 🤓

No I get ya. That first tornado video where they looked to be driving up to it, I said the same thing out loud. That was moreso why I titled it craziness. People gotta get that shot. Part of me is thankful though lol, my entertainment.

Which brings me to my next point. Guys, if you are going to take videos, have it set up to send to the cloud when the video is cut off. Someone will make sure your that you were a dumbass legend before you died.... but a legend nonetheless.

A tsunami would be the one I'd like to see in real life if wouldn't get killed over it.


Would kinda like to be lifted by a 'nader if I didn't die, too.

My wife and kids all know. My son asked me, "you wanna go sleep up there, don't you?" pointing to a hotel up on the cliff side, about 80 feet off the water, from the beachside place we were staying at.

I also just spent 7 days on top of the world's largest active volcano. Slept like a baby. Still had a constant nagging voice in my head that "it could happen right now" quietly echoing around.

There is a reason I don't live in areas called "tornado Alley" or known for earthquakes/hurricanes/etc...

Tsunami, can't do it. I can't imagine watching people being just snuffed out like that. I don't know my guy.
