1. Have the GAME THREAD prefix selected.
2. Be formatted:
#rank GUEST @ #rank HOME | TI:ME TIMEZONE | CHANNEL, eg,
#1 Alabama @ #12 LSU | 11CT | ESPN
3. Be created no earlier than midnight the night before.

Do we really want an escalating race of dunces creating game threads a week
in advance? Two weeks? The first few pages of each game thread just be dunces arguing pre-game crap up to a week beforehand? More?

Admins, do your jobs.
