i never said i use frozen chicken or frozen meat (once in a while we freeze ground beef if we buy more than we can consume in the time before it would go bad but that is rare like maybe a couple times a year)I like fresh. Next time you decide to grill chicken breasts take the time you spend thawing them to just go buy fresh ones. That’s what I do.

the same juices are present regardless of thawing, and believe it or not the color of the meat is a color it goes through in the cooking process (not that im advocating for microwaving meat) you dont have a leg to stand on here, the only case you can make is that frozen meat isnt as good tasting as fresh meat (but we all know you dont get fresh meat, you're not in beef producing land so it freezes when it ships)You got me. I love day old fridge chicken that’s been thawing in its own juices all night. Even better is thawing beef in the microwave where it gets all grey and bloody. So good.
