GAME Scrub Night: Ohio St vs Minnesota

In which qtr. will we see Ewers?
He don't need that shit. He's already a $1.4 million man....er boy....er 17 or 18 year old...whatever those are. I'm not sure if he's being paid for what he did at Southlake Carroll (where he actually threw some passes) or what he will do in the future at Ohio State (where he hasn't thrown a single pass in a game yet).

Well...I think that's over 3 years. I'm assuming it's being paid out over that timeframe.

Do you think that comes with a boatload of contingencies? Or without? Don't know how these things work. How about opt outs for the sponsor? Guess I should have been paying more attention.

I'm not sure anyone really knows.

Hell, if a kid can get that kind of coin out of adults at that age, more power to 'em. The Texas Lege wouldn't let him get any while in high school so he had to bolt. I wonder how many more are going to do such? Or head off to the IMG places in state that will allow them to receive NIL money. Doesn't seem like a state with a "pro business" reputation would prohibit prevent such.

I'm sure it won't be long before they come to a rule change with that.

Does he keep the money when he’s playing for LSU next season?

Looks like our starting Center didnt make the trip for some reason. Wypler probably isnt much of a downgrade though, they were neck and neck throughout camp for that spot

Minnesota will need to slow play a clean/disciplined game and hope the Buckeye's make a lot of mistakes to negate big plays.
That's basically Big 10 West football (Iowa, Minny, N'Western, Wiscy). It's how they consistently beat Nebraska.

They don't have the talent of the East (tOSU, Mich, Penn St), so if they don't do stupid shit, they have a chance.

I'm not saying Nebraska has the talent of Ohio St (they don't), just that Nebraska has more talent than the other West teams, but consistently end up 4th or worse in the division by not paying attention to detail. i.e. Doing stupid shit.

Hahaha...good one thinking Nebraska has more talent than UW, or Iowa....or other west division teams.... you don't and it's laughable that you believe they do...

Wife and I made a trip to local state park. About 8 minutes away. Took a neglected trail for a couple miles and, lo and behold, found a couple Ohio Buckeye trees. Collected a dozen buckeyes off the ground. Taking OSU covering with ease.

I don't care when away games are at weird times, so long as it's not like 10pm games; which I absolutely hate. I do want the home games to be on Saturdays because I've come to enjoy tailgating so much. I don't think we've had a Thursday or Friday home game, if we did I'd probably have to take it off for that.

To address this post and others like it:

Any time, any place

Per the 'experts' Nebraska has higher rated recruiting classes than anyone in the West on average.

The same 'experts' that tell you Ohio St, Clemson, Alabama, etc have Top 5 recruiting classes.

Are you an 'expert' or just a lazy ass who runs her yapper without taking two minutes to do a lil research before looking like a tool?
