Under the Porch with the Guide Bear!

@dbldwn711 @Peter Gozintite and anyone else for that matter. I have hypothetical scenario that I'd like to get advised about.

Say for example, someone named White Head did something really creepy on facebook to some other guy named Dum-J, well, to Dum-J's wife and somehow White Head convinced Dum-J it wasn't him and even got an apology from Dum-J!!!

And in the meantime another person with some integrity named Parker was getting all the blame and being put through the ringer so to speak. In this scenario White Head doesn't lift a finger to help his 'so called' friend and remains silent to watch his 'friend' take the heat for him, for something Parker would never do to anyone, something White Head knows for certain that Parker dint do!

What should Parker do? Should he remain silent and act like nothing happened?

Or maybe should Parker put Whitehead on friend probation for a week or two?

Or should Parker confront White Head and tell him how he feels?

I like the first one best, stay silent and move on although I do believe some form of punishment is appropriate...

I don't think a confrontation by Parker would be productive because I doubt White Head would come clean about his misdeeds as he is a known liar lacking in integrity.

Colonel (aka 0-6) and I stayed in touch via e-mail and snail mail for several years after FN. He'd send a Christmas card to me every year with a Kentucky Wildcat log of some kind. But, I got one from his wife a couple of years ago telling me he had passed on during that year.

There were a couple of Texas motorcycle guys IIRC. I think the one you are talking about was a guy in Weatherford that was a motorcycle enthusiast and a Longhorn fan. Went by moniker of "Doc" something or something Doc. I can't recall his exact moniker but his input into the discussions was always good.

The other lived in the upper valley between El Paso and Las Cruces, NM and went by Harley Marlboro. @Tin Man was in touch with him off the boards I think. But I don't think he was a Longhorn fan. He was a Buckeye IIRC.

The other rabid Longhorn fans I remember were JRM, FJJ and Guido. JRM was from Wichita Falls and lived in the DC area now. He was always ragging the Aggies. IIRC, FJJ was a military kid and worked in finance in the Southlake area. Guido was a former QB from the Hurst, Euless, Bedford area of the metroplex.

Grue was very sharp. I think he migrated to the Sportshoopla site but didn't see him much in the college football board.

I miss the banter of the old GR's Ice Haus. That old azz draggin lizard fan was a lot of fun. Those were good discussions without trolls/attacks/crap. Maybe a lot of bullshit and nonsense, but it was fun as hell.

This MFer was the hall monitor over there or what?

So yeah White Turkey @Wild Turkey , mowing the lawn don't make you a DIYer, capiche?

At best, I got you penciled in as a low level DunceCrafter, paste, construction paper, beads, maybe some macaroni noodles if you're feeling brave and adventurous.

Show us what you got and maybe @HammerDown will be so impressed that he will create a separate DunceCrafting forum!

There's hope for you yet!
Yawn

Time for a public castration of White Head.

Man, that seems harsh. I ain't doin the loppin an I ain't lookin neither, no way!
pay a hooker to take her heel to the junk then just convince her it is what he wants and boom done

Friggin Heather, first she said she'd be here at 9:30am, then she bumped it to 2:30pm. That was almost three hours ago. For three different weekends she said she would come and get her things and she blew all three off. This is her life and I can't give any crap because she's already a scattered mess and I would just be piling on.

We have three spare bedrooms now so it wasn't like she inconvenienced us at all. Still, I think it was kinda crummy of her to leave her things here for 13 weeks. I bet I could make her cry if I fell down in front of her. But I can't horse around like that anyway because a fake fall by a Senior Clumsy could be a disaster!

I bet I could fall outta my wheelchair w/o getting hurt!

Never mind @Camfantasy but ya think you could give some new TV advice? My current set is about ten years old and it still works fine. It's a Sharp 52" that I paid $1,200. Can you explain why I should bother to get a new one?
