GAME Appalachian State vs East Carolina, in Charlotte 7:30PM EST. ESPNU

Good win to start the season. Had chances to score more, but the game wasn’t near as close as the 14 points would indicate.

Like this team’s potential with the two headed monster at RB and Brice at QB with a good, experienced group of receivers

There’s one stoplight in the nearest town, and it’s only there because of chicken trucks

But Appalachia does have suburban types and even straight up city fuckers. Technically, Pittsburgh if part of Appalachia

As a Chase Brice fan for life, tried to watch as much their offense as possible last night. He looked pretty comfortable. Expecting good things from him this year. Dude is just a winner.

It is getting bigger unfortunately. I live about 5 miles outside of the town(never have and hopefully never will reside inside any city limits)

But there were 800 people in the town when I was a kid, there’s nearly 3000 now. But it’s that way everywhere. I’d have to leave the state or go to South Georgia(which is the same as leaving the state IMO) to avoid Yankees moving in and ruining everything

my real estate finance got his bachelors from Auburn and his PhD from UGA, so he's big time into college football

before class yesterday, he was over the betting line for the game and asked us who we thought was going to win and if Duke was going to cover

everyone went, "take Duke and the points"

App State looked impressive last night beating East Carolina, who is terrible.
