They should be better than us since we have a first-year coach. To be honest, we have no real idea on how good Oregon, Nebraska, or Tennessee are right now. Let's watch a few games and then we should have a better idea.

There's a lot more variables than "how long has your coach been there".

We don't need to see any more footage to know Oregon is better than Tennessee. Better coaching, better talent.

I can agree to this post. I think that is a fair statement.

However, don't diminish the fact that Tennessee plays far harder competition each year with Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. It isn't just the fact that we play them, but we also have to recruit and compete against them. That is a real challenge for our program that Oregon does not face.

Oregon hasn't faired well against good SEC schools (or even SEC schools with winning records). Granted you have not played a lot of SEC schools.

The only recent game vs. an SEC school that Oregon hasn't played well in is the LSU game. Both of the Auburn games involved Auburn winning on the final drive.
