I'm guessing he's good for at least 30 in mostly every game. North Texas should be another food game for him. Idk who to play at QB 2 though. Probably the Tulane QB.

You should probably go to the market and pick someone up...might I suggest Jason Bean the Kansas QB, they are playing a Sun Belt team this week, so he will no doubt do well.

I actually watched a little bit of their game against South Dakota I think it was. Man they are so bad. They were lucky to beat them honestly. I'm not even sure I'd play him against a D2 team. Haha

I actually think total points is the better way to do this kind of league, or at least the most fair way. But it’s not as fun as head to head, and makes coming back pretty much impossible, and everyone but the top 3 just lose interest.

You have that Tulsa QB. He looked better than your other QB. Also, that ECU QB was projected to do damn good at the beginning of the season I believe. You have some solid options.

Yeah, it was an especially brutal way to lose in week 1. Not only did I score the 3rd most points, I lost because of garbage stats in the end. I feel pretty confident about my team. But the SMU QB isn't gonna put up 50+ every weekend so it sucked to lose when someone goes off like that.
Yeah especially since my TE, K and DEF got like 7 combined. I didn't know Billingsley didn't get the starting gig, shot me in the foot. He was rostered by like 99% of people too. Dropped LSU's defense and Billingsley. I picked up Iowa and ND defense. Was surprised to see someone dropped the ND defense, I still think they have potential.

I propose in future years, if possible, is changing out TE for another flex position. TE is a crapshoot in college football and for most part not even used...just a thought.

One more thing, weren't we doing keepers for awhile. I think we decided as a group to go away from them, if I remember correctly. Maybe we give that a shot next year possibly.

We couldn’t do keepers because of COVID as it wasn’t really fair because people don’t draft for two years in advance.

We’ll pick it back up next year.

As for the TE I think it makes it a little more challenging because you have to really research that position and it can give you an edge. Especially if you get a kid like Florida’s Pitts. I’m ok with keeping it.

I'm sure most will agree with you but very little options. Definitely more challenging but extremely frustrating see a guy 100% rostered get 0 points

We’ll get back to keepers this year, you can keep 3, but remember if you have players from the AAC they might not be available next year if another G5 conference is represented in a BCS bowl, or whatever they’re called now.

Re the tight end, we can propose it for next year, if the majority are into it, we can. Finding useful RBs and WRs would be more of a challenge too, it’s not like there’s an abundance of those available either.

What's up with wanting to get rid of this TE nonsense? My backup TE put up 24 points last weekend. Holler at me with a trade request. I might even go crazy and play him as my flex option.

I see that you needed WR's so I made an offer. Have an option at WR to trade if you don't like Washington.

Just saw it. I declined it. I actually like my WR, I just think Roberson and Johnson had bad games(although Johnson makes me a little nervous). Throw your other option my way. Or if you want Mayer, throw me a trade for him.

Edit* I probably shouldn't trade at all considering 2 years ago I traded away Jonathan Taylor for Adrian Martinez before the season. Lmao. But fuck it.

I mean I put a projected top 30 WR out there, I have another top 30 WR in mind but I need more WR depth then I need a TE.
The thing is I'm not paying premium for a TE bc 99% of them will be inconsistent. Durham had one good game and basically equaled his yards from last year. Even if he has a good year...500 yards and 7 TD's that is less than what a top 30 WR will get me. If I throw you an option for Mayer it will likely be for a top WR bc he might be the best TE in the nation... but the problem is that production likely still doesn't equal what a top 10 WR would get me.

I will probably just roll with Sean Dykes. He was projected to be a top 5 TE but got zero in his first game.

Those are valid points for sure. I do think Durham has top 5 TE potential given his offense/schedule down the road. I typically don't like to rely on the USC WR's given the offense just because they spread it around so much. And I have questions about their offense overall this year. Either way we're both in pretty good spots as far as overall roster. Let me see if I can come up with anything.

Will trade punter for solid long snapper or 2 sign holders

He proposed the absolute worst trades.
I called him out on that shit so hard and countered with a ridiculous offer to my advantage and he was not amused.
