I heard they’re working on a Steely Dan meal. It’s three lines of coke, a fake mustache and the cashier reads you a clever riddle.I just learned Mcdonalds has a travis scott meal special
who is travis scott?
Nice work. Do you do cardio once per week?
I'm approaching 350 miles this year for cardio exercise specifically, but most of that is walking. Been running more recently. I didn't start this until around Nov last year. I typically target around 20-25 km per week, but covid restrictions set that back for a couple of months.
Put all my hoopies on the Twins tonight.
speaking of routines...But to have the commitment to keep to a routine like that is impressive.
Mornin' folks.
Another day...Another run. Evening into morning b2b...Yeah buddy.
Debating about NFL Sunday Ticket. $300...but I'm not doing the sports bar thing...Sigh...They might get me this year. $30 a game roughly for the Bears...Brutal. I always hear those stories about calling in and forcing a cheaper price...Anyone have success with that, honestly?

Have a great day everyone.![]()
Used to be like that, but now not so much. Need to get the cardio going as the COVID dad bod is beginning to form. Kids wanted to do a virtual 5k because my mom did one. I think we may do 1 or 2 each month until snow starts flying but it will be our own created virtual 5k. Not paying to get swag.Awesome work man. I would hate to see how much walking I do at work over the course of a year. I know I tracked it for a while and it was consistently 7-10 miles a day.

HPA sure ain't glamorous but it's a real old school barn, classic af. Opened in 1936. I remember going to Bears games as a kid and they always had the AHL standings up on the manually operated scoreboard. We used to play our high school hockey playoffs in there tooHershey Park Arena, a gem of the AHL.
Just kidding, was a shithole.
Never been to Giant Center.
speaking of routines...
No chicken breast for lunch today! Yellowtail Roll and Tuna/Avocado Roll!
Think?Yea I've done the chicken breast, boiled egg, cottage cheese diet but not for any kind of length of time like you. That's crazy shit. I actually think you may be a serial killer
