In college we used utility sink is a pisser.

we had a urinal cake in there and everything

if that is the case I have 2.25

but I don't see it that way. as long as there is a place to wash myself that isn't a sink, it's a full bath

if it had just a urinal instead of a terlet, that would be 0.25
