No chicken breast for lunch today! Yellowtail Roll and Tuna/Avocado Roll!
I had some chicken breast and leftover roasted veggies. I need to keep that in the rotation. So easy

That honestly made me audibly laugh.

Coming up on three years I’ve been at this. At a certain point, you just don‘t give a fuck anymore. Plus, when I do eat tasty stuff, it really tastes good.

It has definitely changed what appeals to me now. I used to like 5 Guys burgers quite a bit, but the thought of eating one now is kinda off-putting.
 
HPA sure ain't glamorous but it's a real old school barn, classic af. Opened in 1936. I remember going to Bears games as a kid and they always had the AHL standings up on the manually operated scoreboard. We used to play our high school hockey playoffs in there too

But yea man when you start to think about the calories it can make you feel guilty. Unless it's beer. Those calories dont count of course.

Damn it. I hate spending that kind of money on something I could replace for the same cost and get fed too just by going over to the local sports bar.

I weighed in at 198 in December '18. I'm around 162 these days, but I've also added a lot of muscle, so I can't imagine how much fat weight I lost.

Speaking of counting - every morning, I have a fruit shake for breakfast with pea and hemp protein powders. Last week, I totaled up how much of the powder I've ordered from Amazon. Forty-five fucking pounds of protein powder I've consumed. . . I'd love to know how many pounds of frozen fruit and mixed field greens as well.

I still booze pretty heavily. I do drink beer, but not a lot. Mostly bourbon, tequila and vodka. If I cut that out, I'd probably be shredded, but I'd also probably become the serial killer you think I am.

I have this app called NFL Live Streaming. It's probably some pirated crap though knowing the source I got it from.

Are you still on contract? My move is waiting until my two years is up and re-signing provided I get something close to the introductory rate.


If I don't then I will probably just move on to the next intro rate somewhere else or stream.

I still gotta get back to 175 lol. This has not been a solid effort from stakes this year.

Thinking of joining the Y again I have found I really enjoy swimming and the few moments the kid let me swim 25-30 laps at a time it was a hell of a workout. He just doesn't let me do it lol.

The games have like 3 or 4 options to view and I just select YouTube. Got it so Buck can see his Dolphins. My one friend is a Dolphin's fan and used it last season, but his parents got Sunday Ticket so he just watches with his whole family. Cousin S2 pointed me to it, as he wanted to see the now Washington Football Team. I text him Sunday and he replied he could care less since they dropped the Redskins name as a dishonor to part of his family heritage (supposedly his other side he has part Native American).

Also, I still eat burgers fairly often (probably two or three a month), it's just that 5 Guys seems particularly greasy now. When I eat burgers now I either cook it myself, or I getting at a higher caliber restaurant.

There's a place by me called The Rail. I'll get their bootlegger, which is a burger with cheddar, onion straws and bbq sauce, then I have them add pulled pork and roasted habanero sauce. I'm not afraid of calories.
