Walk. What are the cheap ways to get to the Strip from the Airport in Vegas. They don’t have free shuttles? What kinda shitheel town is this?
Ever hear of Uber? What are the cheap ways to get to the Strip from the Airport in Vegas. They don’t have free shuttles? What kinda shitheel town is this?
I don't hate that drive. Except on Sundays, when everyone and their mother is leaving Tahoe and trying to get back to the concrete jungle.Tahoe to the Bay Area is prime as far as P.lacerville. after that, meh
just jump into the limousine.. think it's like $50What are the cheap ways to get to the Strip from the Airport in Vegas. They don’t have free shuttles? What kinda shitheel town is this?
I know. Lived in Auburn for 4 years.. made the trip up 50 many times. It is still worth the drive.Placerville is barely outside of Tahoe. It’s only about half the way to Sacramento.
If you want to see some pretty mountains, on the west side of town, 15 to 20 min from the strip, Red Rock Canyon is worth a drive.I’ll be gambling at the $5 video blackjack “tables” when I get a free moment. Otherwise, I’ll be with a group who doesn’t like to gamble
Stfu. Vegas went to shit when it all went corporate. It's no longer family centric here, like it was. Places like Treasure Island, which was exactly what you are talking about, was part of that corporate shit. They have completely flipped their brand to be exactly the opposite. It is all about money on the strip. Now get down here and pay my taxes.Vegas went to shit when it turned into a 'family oriented' amusement park.
That's when they stopped comping (meals/drinks) and charging $15 for a $3 shrimp cocktail.
Local casinos that will save you a few bucks, and are pretty nice would be South Point, Green Valley Ranch, Red Rock Casino.
Little lower end, closer to the strip would be Gold Coast or Palace Station. Palace St just did a huge addition and remodel, but cater to both locals and cheap visitors. Little shitty around that area, so don't go for a walk.
IF you want to have a great Mexican food meal, and see the valley from a mountain side restaurant, go to Lindo Michoacan on Carnegie Street. Demand a window table, and wait for it. Go on a weekday, and show up right before sunset. Thank me later.

I SAID COME PAY MY TAXES GOT DAMMIT!!I've got 3 casinos within 20 minutes drive. They've got sportsbooks, so there is literally no need to go to Vegas anymore.

One of those scabby motherfuckers had the audacity to try and push one of those cards into my barely teenage daughter’s hand.Best way to find and escort is to walk until you hear a clicking sound, then look down at the sidewalk. There will be cards of half nekkid chicks strew about.
Not paying $60. I’m cheapEver hear of Uber?

What I did. $5.I think there are 'city' buses that'll take you from the airport down to the Strip and back.
You'd just have to wait a little longer than the hotel shuttles which are direct.
Once on the strip you can take city buses up and down or take the monorail.
What I did. $5.
Get to airport.
Take tram to Term 1.
Take escalator down to Level 1, baggage claim.
Locate but DO NOT exit clearly marked exit 4.
Look around you and locate elevator.
Take elevator down to Level 0.
Now exit building to parking lot.
Walk past one row of cars and turn right.
Walk 100 feet to bus terminal.
Take 108 NORTH.
Give bus driver exactly five dollars for a 24 hour pass.
Exit on Elvis Presley Way.
Walk west on Elvis Presley Way 7 minutes to Circus Circus.
What I should have done:
Take free shuttle to car rental area.
Take the Deuce bus up the strip.
