Wednesday and it is Autumn

Yeah, I realize I'll never be skinny as I like beer, smoked meats, and fried food. But worked on moderation of all those items and eliminating items.
^^^this^^^

I’d love to be thinner/lighter, but what I’d have to give up; well at this point I my life I just don’t care to.

I've lost 15 pounds since I started delivering. It's not the exercise, I've always been active, it's the schedule. Instead of eating a big meal and then watching TV before bed in 2 hours I eat my big meal now. It's kind of weird eating left over spaghetti at 3:00 but this is how it is now.

Yep. Although, I probably could do without deep fried stuff if I really wanted to
Moderation is great, but no way in hell I'm eliminating those things you listed.
I eliminated soda, candy, etc. I eat out a lot less (covid has helped in that regard), etc

I have been mainly drinking Summit session beer now which is only 95 calories, that's nice

I'm going to have a 6,000 calorie pastry stout tonight

I was exaggerating the calorie count, but I think I am going to crack one tonight.
Haha, ok. After I posted, I thought “well maybe it was a typo”
Although with some of the things they’re doing with beer these days, I also thought “maybe, who knows”

5'10", 220. Down from 230, need to get more active. Hopefully now that Little Guy is sleeping longer at night, I can get a few nights of full sleep and start being active when I first wake up in the morning.

I can't believe no one noticed I put the chiefs as my favorite team
