Meh.... I think there are some people doing that for legit reasons. Hormone abnormalities during adolescence en shet. Definitely not all of them though.

Definitely. I wouldn't have a problem with them having to go get psych checked and shit either to make sure they don't have some kind of mental illness pushing it either. That could be too permanent of a solution for a temporary problem in some cases.

It definitely looks like a setup to me. People don't generally just stand around filming custodians in the subway tunnels. Notice how everyone else is walking somewhere, because they're switching from one line to another.

Now something i didn't think about earlier, is that the guy with the mop might actually be cleaning up urine or some other spill from the homeless guy. But that still doesn't explain to me why someone stood around with their camera rolling on such a usually mundane scene as a dude mopping.
