Our intranet has a dedicated, frequently updated spot for all things covid. Tell you what "phase" we're in, who can come on campus, who can travel, what's open, all that shit.

Me: Yep- we're in phase one still (EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS!!!). Is it offsite? There might be different rules, but it depends on their location.
Her: If you can check, I would appreciate it.
Me: There's a link on the front page of the intranet. It depends on their location and where they are going to.
