Schools are starting late due to some of the schools having significant damage, although they haven’t ruled out no school at all. And we all are tired as fuck because we had to wake up the kids and book it to the basement at 3am and none of us could fall back asleep after. Going to be a long day.

We have a music box/night light thing that's been in his crib since we put him in there. We used to just put him in the crib, sing him a couple lullabies, and stroll out. Now, if he notices that he's in the room by himself, he starts screaming. I go in, lay on the floor, wait for him to fall asleep, and sneak out.

Wife and I bought our own balls, because it used to be a date night type thing, and it was hard for her to find a light ball with big enough finger holes :duck:. We got basically equivalent to house balls, nothing fancy. The real savings was in the shoes, though.
