Stroud always gets off to a slow start and when Tulsa stays on the field bc the tOSU defense playing 10 yards off coverage he sits waiting. This secondary coach needs to go, coaching changes need to be made. I know this is an extremely young team but this is the worst team I’ve seen in 10+ years
