NFL WEEKLY GAME THREAD Week 3

Officiating continues to be a problem.
I feel like this shouldn't even be an officiating issue, though. NBA has a shot clock with a buzzer that goes off, why can't they do something similar?

Love some of the homers I'm seeing saying the Chiefs are also 1-2 as if the Steelers have played even as remotely as good as them.

happens every week, still don't get how the league doesn't have a better solution for calling delay of games.
Maybe this could be one. They might want to plug the hell out of Tucker breaking a record.

Maybe “it should have been a 71 yard attempt” should just dog this one forever. That’s not fair to Tucker….but fuck this league. They can put together a solution that can address many things.

For instance, if they can buzz ref like they’ve been able to for years they can set up a signal to buzz the ref (or whole officiating crew) when the playclock hits 0.

They just don’t feel they need to fix. They don’t feel it ultimately effects the popularity of the game. They are arrogant.

I feel like that 66 yard walk off FG isn't getting talked about enough. Pretty sure that's a new record, and it wasn't in Denver and it was a do or die kick and the game break guys were pretty much just like "And Baltimore hits a game winner as time expires to avoid the upset"
well, that's what the game break is for, the live feed was different.

i don't think that play is the one to highlight, record breaker for the win? let's just enjoy it for what it is and not say it shouldn't have happened.

🤷‍♂️I’ll go ahead and say both. Tucker was asked to nail that kick on the fly, game on the line. He’s a beast and proved it more there.

At the same time….if they wanted to try a kick to win it that should have been from five yards back. That wasn’t even a bang bang delay of game….it was a gaping gap of time.

I don’t believe in asterisks and I’m not going to carry this one forward. But every fan should be willing to say the play before was utter bullshit.

meh, it happens. i know that shit happend to the eagles last week that ended in a nice play for the opposing team last week, what can you do. made a bomb beef stew last night and it's even nicer today (according to my mom, what i made is beef bourguignon, but fuck that fancy talk, it tastes great) . my bets were fucked, but damn this tastes good.

Chiefs have lost the magic. Unfortunate
If they don't turnover the ball they win going away. They made the chargers look stupid in the first half but just couldn't help giving up the ball. You will never win if you turn the ball over 4 times or in a critical situation. That's what has cost them their last two games. They get that shit shored up and they'll be fine.

That's a bad rule. Yes, technically the ball was fumbled forward, but it never hit the ground.

zones out of it for a bit and see the 1600 game in the parlay i'm using to get me back right losing it for me is not in fact the raiders that were down 14-0, but the fucking seahawks. do better seahawks.

stafford had jackson for 3 TDs today and finally hits on the 3rd attempt. does this make stafford good?

Wow. Huge play from Stafford to Jackson. 21-7 Rams

Rams offense looks really good or the Bucs D sucks

The Rams are hitting on all cylinders.

Chargers have the Huskers offensive line with all the false starts,
looks like the Bucs have the Kicker with that 15 yard punt
