I've been kind of catching episodes here and there because hbo is playing a bunch of them right now . But yea the ending taints the whole thing for me

Have seen a couple reviews that weren't the best....but again you're comparing a kid with James Gandolfini's portrayal...can't think he can live up to his dad in that regard

Meh

Don't give me some artsy fartsy ending to a gangster story. Even though Godfather 3 was by far the worst one at least we saw it crash down and his daughter get killed...how impactful would that ending be if they went fade to black...

To me it's a cop out. Leo got his head blown off in Departed...didn't love it but it's at least impactful.

Isn't James Gandolfini's son playing him in the prequel?
 
Rumor has it a prequel is in the works for Yellowstone. We just finished the latest season. Can't wait for the new one
