morning all

beef ribs turned out really well, gave membrane scraps i had to peel off to the dogs to eat, they enjoyed the snack

i was rule breaker and let them chew on the bones for brief second

I think only 2 days but the days all blend together so it could have been more.. It might have been 4 since I know I wasn't here on Monday because of the funeral
